7. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Because our products are dog treats and other pet food items, food products generally cannot be returned, even if unopened, except as provided in our Return & Refund Policy, required by applicable law, or otherwise authorized by Pawnine.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other information when reasonably available. Keep the product and packaging when practical until we have reviewed your concern.

If you believe a product has caused an adverse reaction or may present a safety concern, stop feeding it to your dog and contact us promptly. If your dog appears ill or may have been harmed, contact a veterinarian.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

8. Important Pet Treat Safety Information

Every dog is different. Ingredients that are suitable for one dog may not be suitable for another.

By purchasing and using Pawnine products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your dog, including considering known allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, age, size, and individual health needs.

For your dog’s safety, we recommend that you:

Read the ingredient list and product instructions before feeding.
Introduce new treats gradually and monitor your dog for unexpected reactions.
Feed treats in appropriate amounts and account for them within your dog’s overall diet.
Supervise your dog while eating and choose treat sizes appropriate to your dog.
Keep products stored according to package instructions and away from children and animals when not in use.
Discontinue use if you notice a possible adverse reaction and consult a veterinarian when appropriate.

Do not feed a product if its packaging has been compromised or if the product appears spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe.

Pawnine does not provide individualized veterinary or nutritional advice. Consult your veterinarian if you have questions about your dog’s diet, allergies, health conditions, or suitability for a particular product.

9. Product Availability and Safety Notices

We may limit quantities, suspend sales, or discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law and our obligations to existing customers.
